Ethan Jennings is an economic development professional with experience in finance, real estate, and community development strategy. A recent graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, he holds a Master’s in Economic Development and has developed skills in real estate development strategy, market analysis, financial feasibility, and economic development planning.

At Steadfast City, Ethan supports communities through project work related to LIHTC developments, pro forma analysis, tax increment financing, economic and fiscal impact analysis, industry research, and community revitalization. Known for his clear communication style and collaborative mindset, he prioritizes dialogue, transparency, and trust throughout the development process. His work is rooted in a commitment to improving quality of life, strengthening local economies, and supporting outcomes that are strategic, sustainable, equitable, and responsive to community needs.
