Alexandra Balson is a dedicated Planning team member with a strong foundation in urban planning and sustainability. A recent graduate of Ohio University, Alexandra holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA), where she developed a skill set in GIS data analytics, strategic planning, and economic development initiatives.

Alexandra began her career with Steadfast City as an intern, where she quickly demonstrated an aptitude for driving impactful projects and fostering collaborative relationships. Passionate about being a voice for others, Alexandra is committed to building meaningful partnerships and promoting equitable development.
