Steadfast City’s work with Louisiana Central highlights another powerful story of regional transformation in a rural Southeastern hub in the Southeast. As the organization navigated leadership and structural transitions, we provided on‑site marketing, economic development and strategic positioning consulting to help strengthen operations, align strategy, and reinforce the region’s economic identity.
As a part of the agency’s new positioning, Steadfast City’s Economic Development team prepared a comprehensive regional presentation for an international familiarization tour. The final deliverable brought together deep research on Central Louisiana’s economic vitality, including its industrial assets, workforce strengths, infrastructure, and growth trajectory. But more importantly, it translated that research into a compelling, cohesive story—one that could be carried forward by leadership, adapted for different audiences, and used to position the region competitively on a broader stage.
Our process was intentionally immersive. Through extensive stakeholder engagement, including dozens of meetings, regional surveys, and a 700+ person roadshow across all 10 parishes, we developed not only insights, but alignment. This relationship-building effort ensured that the final strategy reflected the voices of the community, industry leaders, and institutional partners who are ultimately responsible for carrying it forward.
The resulting materials served multiple purposes. They became:
Executive-level talking points for Louisiana Central’s CEO and leadership team
An investor-facing narrative grounded in real data and regional identity
A unifying framework to align stakeholders across parishes and sectors
